Hi! According to research, cereal with milk can be part of a healthy eating plan. Though, it depends on what type of cereal you have. If you have wholegrain cereal, then good because it's rich in fiber, something puffed rice and cornflakes lack. On the other hand, chicken nuggets vary from person to person. It all depends on who's cooking it. It's like a hit or miss, you may have it all balanced and good for you but you may also have it real bad and be unhealthy.
