Hasumi isn't a cat but I want to say that there is a character in Nekoka Danshi No Shitsukekata that looks like him that is a cat.
Waa. It must've been my imagination then. Lol. I just remembered reading something about animal shifting and this particular man who changed into a puma.. and I just got a hunch that maybe it was hasumi since Kuroneko is the only manga I had read with shifters.
Hasumi is the other actor right? He is a lion shifter with a brother complex. From Nekoka Danshi.
I don't think so as i haven't read the manga yet but it was 'nt him cause Hasumi's hair is black while the one you mentioned was probably blonde, saw it on the cover. Lol.
