So apparently, short answer is no.
Because dogs don't have sexual orientations. The reason why there could be an issue with trying to determine whether said dog was gay or not, is because that is an anthropomorphic approach, which basically means associating a nonhuman being with human thinking/emotion, if that makes sense. Bottomline is that a dog's life differs from ours in terms of their, uhm, approach(?). They don't have a sexual identity, if they want to hump a male dog, they will do so, but if they suddenly want to hump a leg, they will also do so, their reality and thinking process are different from people's. They can exhibit homosexual behaviours, of course, but will not have a sexual identity as we do. I hope that makes some sense...
