Alright, just happened to run into this 'to read or not to read' kind of manga due to the comments, lol
For the record, i haven't read it yet, and the raw is very much available so i welcomed myself and took a peek (yep, major spoiler). The "sick" thingy, if i were to interpret the original text inside the speech bubble to english, it would be "it feels kind of gross or something". That's how i would take it.
Welp, it's much more milder to hear imo. But welp again, what matters is: the uke got angry, lol
