Titan's have a very high sex drive and extremely large robust bodies, Caius had no problem satisfying Koichi when he accidentally drank the aphrodisiac but was worried that Koichi's body would give out under the strain of such a prolonged heightened sexual arousal. Improving his stamina and endurance would help a lot a lot. Being bigger wouldn't necessarily be the answer.
Kouichi doesn't need to built up his stamina. What he needs is to grow at least as tall as a female titant cause cauis --‐- doesn't fully go in. So I feel that he's never fully satisfied. It's not the stamina but kouichi that needs to find a way to make his body like a titan. So cauis ---- can actually go ALL in and kouichi can satisfy him all sorts of ways.
