updates notifications show every 24 hours at 11am GMT, just convert that to your time zone and you'll know when updates show in notifications, so sometimes it will get an update 12 Dec at 2pm and the update will only show on 13 Dec in notifications.

so you can't change when you get the notifications, but you can check what time it is for you when you will get them. Just Google "Convert GMT to xxxx_your_country's_timezone" if you can't do it by yourself just tell me in what country you live and I'll do it for you.

Time zone in Philippines (GMT+8) aka you will see your notifications in mangago at 7 pm every day showing which manga had chapters uploaded during the previous 24 hours. I'm bad at math, but I think that should work.
it's probably because of the time difference of the countries that I didn't get a notif of the new chapter awhile ago but it was update already...
