hmmmm okay, I guess?

I think that ending is weird. Anan senpai is a cool friend and all, but to spend so many years together without realizing his love seems kind of impossible. Ok, he can NOT think about it when he is with Kaichi, but it's still impossible for me. And not realizing your own feelings is also really strange to me. If this was a crazy comedy it would be ok, but it wasn't. Also, I might say: I don't think it's a good idea to have a lover that you can read his mind. Nor one that can read your mind. Is it just me?

Actually amidst this hazy translation what I got was that the senpai had been in love with Koichi for years before confessing but was able to shift his thoughts when facing Koichi. That's why they talk about peoples'thoghts. Even when they met we can see that he starts having a mental conversation with Koichi without revealing anything else and even manipulating them into a conversation. So I think that Kyouichi's power is limited to thoughts of the moment and does not involve feelings.
Of course you can discard all this immediately since I also understood that Koichi had been in love with his senpai from the beginning but further on (with a better translation) he realizes he's in live with him so I must have misunderstood Kyouichi's initial feelings.
And I don't know whether it's a good idea or not to have (or to be) a mind reading lover. I guess it would have its cons and pros such is in any relationship
