the president really don’t care for him, like at all. the author said we’ll get details on why later, but in earlier chapters you can really see how little she cares for him. I recently reread and there was a flashback with him in the hospital and she was even mean to him then. ):
Wait, I don't get it? How is telling the President (Grandma) gonna help Red's situation? Like he'll tell her that he got drugged? Wouldn't the President get sad?
