Somehow this question has also been bugging me a lot from the moment I knew Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. In my opinion, Yokozawa's an uke also when he's with Takano. I don't know why, but his motherly personality kinda gives off such a vibe.

I'm still not sure but I think Yokozawa was the seme, we shouldn't forget that the Takano who was with Yokozawa isn't the same as the Takano we know. He was weak and depressed when they had that relationship.

Obliviously is Takano is the Seme , I believe mangaka will not make seke in her manga , and Yokozawa look uke to me bcoz how he is with Kirishima , and also I in all the yaoi post about this mangaka , they always put yokazawa at the uke post , where as Takano is at the Seme post
