It's because Suha is the only person to deny him. It's like those crazy ppl that cant take no for answer and do crazy shit in the end out of "love". But it all ends up bad.

I feel like the author made the red haired guy annoying for the sake of being annoying, it would have been better if there were more rational reasons why he acts that way, it seems a lot unnatural for a man over his 30s to act like they're not an adult, but whatever, this just always bothers me whenever that guy appears
