Help!

I'm looking for a yaoi manga where the uke's company are in need to borrow money and there is no one who wants to help him. When he goes to the only one who said Yes, it is his half brother who he had always bullied when they were kids out of jealousy and he says that his condition to accept is to the uke to have sex with him if he wants the money. The uke think that the younger brother wants revenge but in fact he only want to be useful to the older brother because he likes him. The uke eventually fall in love with him too and they end up together.
