Tbh I don't know either, I think maybe because he does like fujisaki and it's happy tears for him loving him or for him finally finding someone to love without just fucking them ...but then again I still don't know, I'm hoping for more information in the next chapter's. But if I'm wrong please correct me.

ok but i had this question for a while ... why did yuri cry in chapter 15 after he and the stalker finished having sex ? SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN ... was it because he was in love or ...?
