Basically in the time that Rix was under the control of the curse, some random dude showed up and, since Nuah can't interfere with human stuff, started playing around with Rix (making Rix give him a BJ, talking about a 'hot threesome' yadda yadda ya).
So when the dude started to try and fuck Rix, Rix's blindfold started to open up and he looked at Nuah. This made Nuah 'command' the dude to go away, resulting in Nuah coughing blood. The only reason why Rix doesn't remember this all like he's supposed to, is because Banam showed up and erased his memories!

I think that's about how Rix kissed Nuah or maybe about how Nuah have broken his promise about not intervening over human's businesses. (that part where Nuah commanded a human to save Rix from being assaulted). As a divine beast, they could only watch the children of Adellah which are the humans.
