Isn't this just another version of The Ghostly Doctor story?

A lot of these manhua follow the same script. Some of them even use the same art and background drawings. I've seen the same castles and pavilions showing up in about 6 different studio-scripted webtoons. I suppose they just bump them over into game production if they get really popular. (There are exceptions, of course.)
