also they don't have a legit reason to refuse them unless they really did try to do something, like what happened. cause you can't refuse a client based on just gut feeling
Yeah it would lead to the place having a bad reputation and they could also potentially be sued for discriminating against customers based purely off of appearance (but he'd have to be real ballsy to attempt to sue a store in the red-light district and idk what the chances of the customer winning would be. Maybe they could say it's slander since he didn't do anything wrong yet but idk Japan's laws)
