They are infertile but also not infertile. One got her menstruation stopped but can cure it anytime. Another, can only conceive a child with a human only after the human went in the same process as the MC.

fact based on the novel taran bloodlines are from the myth of the past magical and strong powerful beings the madoh empire that dominated the world. and the taran are the only bloodline who are half human and half of the madoh bloodline and are the least favorite of the empire and are belittled because of low magical powers possessed. and from philips family on the past as until now are the people who research about their unnatural production of heir. and on philips side they made a place or shelter where the female offspring of the current duke are placed and women who undergo the vision of philips family to produce a female taran to be wed with a male taran to produce a male taran... all the female offspring of the duke are kept hidden by philips family and are offered to the current duke.
