I can't think of any manga/manhwas like that at the moment, but 'Somali and the Forest Spirit' and 'I'd do anything for my daughter even defeat a demon lord' are some anime that fit!

Oh yeah! I just remembered that Somali and the Forest Spirit has a manga as well, but I havent read it. I'm not sure about the other one tho
