Fr lmao but also it's weird because then you can't side with anyone and have a slight annoyance with everyone and don't particularly like any of them- at least for me. And that honestly takes away from the story for me

I don't expect him to info dump on her, but he should at least say that he wants to repair their relationship.

but in his defense, he’s constantly getting assassination attempts; he can’t tell her how he feels until he knows they’re really alone, the bad guys might try to hurt her if they know he has feelings for her! he just has his guard up cause he loves her so much
He isn't a child anymore and he has the ablity to defend himself. He is also very influential. Do you see how the room responded to him these last chapters? He is not in that weak of a position anymore. So he can tell her some things. But either way if he doesn't want to loose her he'd better do something.
She doesn't know anything so why should she wait for him to get things in order? It might actually be safer for her to just cut ties anyway.
she doesn’t have to wait for an order! it might be safer, i completely agree! i’m just sayin that nocton had good intentions, even if he didn’t do well with explaining in the past chapter... from his side, he is all about protecting his dearest friend, but she sees it as him acting like a brat. she has absolutely no reason to stay, he’s not successfully giving her one. but you gotta admit that’s he’s tried to say shes misunderstanding him a few times and she gets defensive. knowing her side, it’s reasonable for her to react like that. i just personally think no one is *intentionally* in the wrong ╮(￣▽￣)╭
