You just go on your profile and click my list to get to your lists.
Click on you profile pic on the upper right corner of this page. You'll find the "Hompage" option. Click on that. In your homepage, if you scroll downwards you'll find a heading "My list (all)". Click on that, and you have found your list.

Also remember to tag the manga you've already read (or you're still reading) as "already read"/"now reading", so you'll see them on your personal "I already read"/"I'm reading" list (plus you'll get the notifications about them).
To do so choose manga, click "Already read" button (you can change it later), submit. Done ^^
