It was soooo awkward in the novel. It was like the author wants to go solo but the editor said the novel needs romance. Hence, that half-assed friendzone date that is so forgettable. I prefer the "romance" in the epilogue cuz it lead us to the afttermath of that "romance". Jinwoo jr and the shadow generals are pure gold
