Hidoku Shinaide and Katekyo!
Good art, but Hidoku Shinaide is still ongoing.

Anything by Sakuraga Mei but I especially like Yukimura and Shinonome's story. Kuon Aizawa and Shirahane's story is good too. GAH! JUST READ EVERYTHING.

Kare no Shousou to Koi ni Tsuite is hot and full of fluff and lovey doveyness!

Junko's art isn't as good as the others listed above, but it's still pretty hot. My first yaoi was by Junko entitled Abarenbou Kareshi or something along those lines.
On an unrelated note, Junko is drawing a shoujo manga now and the story's pretty interesting.
