The author isn't gonna address "Yahwi raping Jooin" bc the author never wrote that into the story. That's YOUR one-sided interpretation of a handful of scenes, and not one the author intended for you to have. You can argue that the author could have written certain scenes better so that you didn't end up misunderstanding, but it's honestly just common logic, so it doesn't make sense for people to get this mad over it.
If the author intended for there to be any nonconsent in the story, they would have shown Jooin be in pain (emotional or physical) and given him at least one internal monologue about it. But they didn't, bc that's not what's happened in the story.

There was non-consent. It's just that the author glossed over her own detail she added in about Jooin being drunk while having sex. It's so normalized in yaoi that I think that she probably considered drunk sex a spicy sex scene and not what it actually is.
I agree, but it can't be non-consent if the author knew both of them wanted it and didn't intend for it to be interpreted as non-consensual. In the real world sure, but not in the characters' world.
