He might have kept silent but he didn't say no till maybe they were having sex and the pleasure might have been too much or something. but like that's my opinion and if others think it's rape then that's okay too.

Here he said he could fuck him and that is consent, and the reason he said stop under was probely because it was his first time and it feelt weird but he still enjoyed it. So i dont really think is rape but it just my opinion
Okay so I read that chapter again, and I really wouldn't consider it rape since Jooin did come onto Yahwi first. Also Jooin didn't flat out refuse Yahwi when it happened but instead started touching him and was being proactive.

There's no point in analyzing it to figure out if it's considered rape ot not because in the FICTIONAL story there's no part of it where it shows or hints that it is.
In the end IT IS FICTION, if you apply your logic to every fictional story you read, you'll never get to enjoy any story.

So I will agree that in the hotel you can classify that as "Rape" but yet still it isn't at the same time cause in manga manhwa and manhua there is a thing in which if the author doesn't say it was rape then it isn't rape inside of that manga (etc) even tho it would have been in the real world it isn't in the manga (but of course this is just fiction real world logic doesn't apply)
Now let me talk about the two recent chapter posted yesterday (I think) and show how it necessarily isn't actually Rape (time for me to actually use my brain *sigh*)
Now let look at chapter 33 page 9 in which yawhi ask jooin
"Does this mean you don't want this?"
Which jooin replies by saying
"Well... I didn't say that.."
You can see there that he didn't say that he didn't necessarily not want it but instead was to embarrassed to say that he did making it not forcefull but kinda consensual unlike what it has in the definition of Rape: "The act may be carried out by physical force"
Now to my next point. When jooin said stop he didn't say it because he didn't like it but instead because he was getting a unknown object used on him(and also because he was blindfolded which can make the pleasure more intense) so that part was consensual. Now about what happened after the used the toys. In chapter 34 page 3 jooin Gabe yawhi consent to letting them do "IT" also making that part consensual.
So in conclusion it wasn't rape at all so I hope you would stop saying it is and lets not forget that this is just fiction and hasn't even reached the half way point of the manga and it isn't actually real (but yet still I made this guess I'm a hypocrite)
