This whole story literally started with Hwi harassing Param. It doesn't make it better because Mr. Han did it, but Hwi did the same, but was also a jerk about it.
I don't think he's emotionally manipulating Param. Literally all he does is treat him with kindness??? I haven't looked at raws (and please don't spoil), but generally I don't trust what people think they see happening if they can't read Korean to understand what's actually going on.
As for the sex thing.. dude was literally just having sex. It's not like he was trying to commit murder by suffocating him with a pillow. He just didn't wanna look at him because he didn't really like him lmao
But I mean I guess there are people out there who might think things like having sex with someone who's not your one true love eternal soul mate might seem evil... but they both consented and when the guy was getting attached he broke things off so he wouldn't get hurt more.

As far as aesthetics go I think he looks better than Hwi personally, and he's always been super kind to Param like I don't get it.
That 1 girl was like "omg I heard he sleeps around watch out" but then when he asks her for advice she's literally like "just date them both" which doesn't seem like the most reliable person...
We've seen him have 1 partner who he dumped when he realized he might have a chance with Param.
And it's not like he's cheating or anything, Param literally said out loud he's not dating Hwi soooo idk.
Maybe if Mr. Han also tried to ruin Param's career and blackmail him people would like him too? As long as he writes "Date me" in dirt.
