the one that the uke saw kissing the seme was the omega who gave birth to the seme (idk why but maybe kissing in the lips is part of their family greetings?lol)
after the latest update in raws (where the uke ran away from seme to get revenge) the seme found him again and took him home but on the way home they had an accident and things became complicated, the baby and the mother will be in danger... and so on. haha
