I was about to ask the same thing. Like will he die after giving birth or will like a miracle or something happen?

hopefully some miracle will happen. yea in previous chapters got mention that they might die after giving birth.. weak body constitution i guess

I was under the impression that they got rid of the omega after they gave birth to an alpha

So, I reread chapter 6 and I'm sure that if the omegas die naturally it's only if they give birth to an alpha because Lukas's and older brother and sister share an omega mother, but Lukas was born to a different mother

Same I thought of the same thing cause the doctor kept telling them not to get attached to Rain and the assistant was saying how Lukas will love and card for him until the child is born, but I think the other theory makes more sense the one about the natural death
