I feel like for these types' of manga, just don't read into it too much. A lot of them are pretty self-deprecating, rapey, and just all around lousy in terms of morals.
I feel like I'm just desensitized to this shit now (although I do have my limits). So I just turn of my brain when I read these types of manga.
I don't like how misogynistic Shion thinks. Before he just saw girls as objects, at least he improved that now.
But still... as a boy he fucked around all the time, but now as a girl it would be "slutty"
