Well as i get what your saying that’s how most of Harada’s works are. They’re more of grasping the psychological aspect of the story more then trying to figure out an ending. The ending is there but it’s not like out there. How Fuku and Shou left their relationship as more of a tolerance aspect is the ending. ALSO recommend you read other Harada books
yall dont rlly need my opinion but imma say it anyways. i just wasted my time reading this. i dont really like stories that are dragged too long but doesnt have an ending
