well there is a possibility of death after giving birth but note that emily was weak and a sick child when she was younger and we havent really gotten some info about the original since in this timeline dylan took care of emily but did the previous dylan even batted an eye at emily?

But dylan our fl did a very great job at taking care of emily after she regained her memory and I think they were at a young age too so those times that the "original" dylan spent with emily were replaced with the memories of the caring dylan our fl but I mean anything is possible really

Tbh, i don't understand why is she worrying about the female lead that much? The only reason the ML fell in love with the FL was because his previous wife died. If she did not die the ML would not have met the FL nor fallen in love with her. She should be thinking that what are chances she will also die of child birth? And if she wil die, well what comes after is none of her concern lol
