Yeah, in another way it can be described as a happy ending since they do live happily ever after until death set them aparts ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I just read paradise view...... I shouldn't have read the last chapter! T-T
But I'm glad they lived happily in Germany though so I didn't regret reading it!
