noo they're twins :) in Autumn Last Rain bc they were biologically modified, their organs will start to fail around 16 years old. however the doctor said that one of them can live on if the other gave all of their organs. truc anh was about to start a surgery (so i assume she wanted to give her organs to ky anh instead), when ky anh barged in and take her away. this is bc they rather have a short life but together.
the couple from Autumn's Last Rain died, right? and they're the couple here? i'm confused but this is so cute
