There's one manga with a teacher (uke) and student (seme) relationship where the teacher has a mole on his chin. The teacher wears glasses and seems uncool but at night he changes his appearance. One night he meets the seme and did a one night stand.

The yaoi manga im looking for has these facts in it: two guys meet somewhere and go to a love hotel after they are done they part ways later the next day it shows the first guy is a high school student and the second guy is his new teacher.
And it is NOT Hito ni Ienai Aidagara
