And yes, they are twin. Alicia was sickly as a child and although Libertia was a cold child, she was very warm to Alicia and so did Alicia. But as Alicia's conditions worsened and a lot of bad situations from the Vance, Libertia used her power to send Alicia's soul to another world. Making her technically killing Alicia in the current world. But she did to keep Alicia alive.

So Libertia said that Alicia just happened to be dying after she read the book. Libertia is saying that it's just coincidences that Alicia is the one Libertia summoned to her body. Actually, no.

The novel serve as a way for them to know each other's life. So when Libertia saw that Alicia was killed in a robbery, she immediately took Alicia' soul to her body. Libertia did it because she doesn't want to lose her sister.
I don't really understand Korean and I used MTL to read it. I'm sorry if my explanation wasn't accurate.

In chapter 2 when Alicia asked Libertia what does Lubertia want in exchange for this body given to Alicia, Libertia said, "There's nothing like that. Just live freely. It's your body now" or something like that. I just realize that Libertia loves Alicia so much. And it's okay as long as Alicia can live freely, healthily, and happily (not like when they were children). I want to cry re reading this part.
