has anyone seen a manga thats been rated a 10/10?

i haven’t and i don’t think any manga’s 10/10 actually

i think 10/10 rating is only possible if there's only few reads and ratings but the highest one i know is around 9.8

yeye, before, 'dark heaven' bein rated 10/10 now it drop to 9.5/10 （￣へ￣）I read it cause its the only manga that I found being rated 10/10 but I dont like the story...
