Have you tried cleaning your cashe? I once had a problem where I couldn't read on mangago at all but when I cleared my browser cache, it solved everything. Is your connection ok? If it is, then I have no idea what's wrong.
It could be your device. What do you use? Cause I had that same problem until I got my oneplus 6t
