We're still in middle school - this entire time since chap 50 ish we've been looking back on their lives, how they've met each other and how they slowly got closer to each other as friends. It prolly said 19 for Jian Yi on that fandom Wikia because since the very beginning of the story, we got introduced to him coming back after being kidnapped on the second day of hs. It can get confusing cuz its been 300+ chaps and we're still recapping events from their middle school days, plus their tall asses don't look anything like middle school kids LOL but that's how it is.
