I'm getting confused but the art was very great! I want to draw Sebastian from this manga

I guess it's referencing the ova (based off Alice in Wonderland). it's been a while since i watched it but in the ova the characters have some slight memory issues and i think it takes place right before se2 started (while Ciel was in the suitcase without his soul)

i believe it is representing a dream Ciel had while he was missing his soul - and therefore his memories, which makes sense since Ciel's memories were wonky all through se2
