They're loongs. As mentioned in this manhua several chapters back, they're not bound by mundane laws— so incest is already out of the picture and no matter what body they inhibit or realm they'd be at they'd still be loongs. Them growing up as 'brothers' does not make it incest since they're not even related anyway.
Also, you prolly already know this but anyone can legit use the gege and didi = older/younger brother call thing with anyone close to them. It would be more awkward to have them call each other by their names since they did have a history of growing up together and the degree of seniority.
They are not in a heavenly realms and they were reincarnated as a human (with their memory being a loong) . So basically they are bound by these mundane laws. So as long as they are living in a human world they're relationship is incest. But whatever, not I really care. I was just a bit confuse and awkward.
And besides, those brothers even admitted it. As long as they are living as a human they cannot divulge their relationship to anyone (except with their brother loongs).

It's not incest. If they're mere humans, rain loong wouldn't be able to control the rain anymore and the first loong won't be able to revert back to his original form, don't you think?
My point is... They were reincarnated as a human beings.. With human parents and raised by a human parents. I'm not talking about their being a loong... I'm talking about their being a human. They were born again as a human siblings therefore in a human world whether they are loongs or not, they have their powers or not, and they were born in a different process or not (in heavenly realm).. Their relationship is considered as an incest.

What are you crying on about? They were just sent in the human world. Nobody said they'll be sent in the human world as human beings with human bodies. The Emperor can alter bodies same way as how he altered his into looking like a kid. It's not shown whether they were really born from those parents. They literally just woke up as babies. The fact that the Emperor has to put those seals on them to hide their powers and true form like horns and tails is the proof that they're still in their real bodies and never were born as humans. They're still loongs with loong bodies with seals for them to "appear as humans" ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

It's really awkward but I guess when they get back to heavenly realm, I think it's not a problem anymore, but I hope they will stop addressing each other as a brother, to lessen the awkwardness while reading this. Moreover, I still think that this manhua is cliche and cringeworthy but full of cuteness that's why still love it, especially because jin jin's and enshou's cuteness.. I love them so much..
