Hey !!! I am try to find this manga about a about a cute childlike uke and a handsome seme. They meet at a boys school, and the uke was then very pretty and small. The seme went overseas, after a few years, the seme returned... but the uke, instead of being cute, became handsome and a little bit manly(?) He grew taller, and wore glasses.
The seme didn't recognize him at first and he was devastated then seme does recognize him and falls in love again.
The second part of the story is that the uke kept cooking delicious food for the seme.
The seme thought that he is becoming more and more fatter so the seme decided to exercise(jog) to solve the problem.
