So, I suggest you google any manga shops in the Philippines, see what’s available (usually yaoi manga would be in a specific shop, not all shops) and order from them, it would save you a shipping fee compare to buying from overseas. Sadly it's rare to find manga shops here :'< There are some, I guess I visited 2 or 3 shops but they don't have yaoi stuffs (╥﹏╥)
