As someone with many siblings, as long as I don't think too hard about it - it doesn't bother me too much. Otherwise, its very fucking weird. Although, I've had sexual incest dreams (puberty wet dreams hit you like a truck) even though I don't actually like them that way - I just chalk it up to what it is - a dream and then go drink bleach. You actually want to have sex with them
or 2. You just want a closer relationship with them and your unconscious monkey brain thinks sex=intimacy.
People would be surprised how often it's actually the second case. (even when it's also the first, such as with a crush.)
