Exactly. It honestly scares me how easily people overlook/disregard his manipulative and selfish tendencies, along with his sociopathy-like nature, in favour of his "adorable" and seemingly innocent outward impression.
Taku is a scheming manipulator who planned from the very beginning to have the person he's been obsessing over and continuously used manipulation in order to have his ways and force his feelings on that person (namely Haesoo). And he also seems to exhibit a sociopathic personality like when he said he felt good seeing the person he "loves" suffer, when he dumped his exes once he got bored of them thinking of them like candy, and when he showed very little concern about others' wellbeing, as proven by his disapproval (read: intense wrath) of Haesoo going to Joowon at the hospital after his accident. The truth is that he is way, way, more toxic that Joowon is due to his selfishness and unhealthy fixation.
And not to mention that he's a grade A major ass cree that you should have reservations about if you're really a normal human being. I mean, come on, this is the guy who outright told you on the first meeting he had a porno online and even encouraged you to look for it, as if that isn't enough reason to be creeped out. He looks and acts like a molester and it creeps me out. If it was me I would've fled the scene the second he told me that so casually, I would have run for dear life and try to get away as far as possible; my prada be damned

having a weird character in mangas, manhwas and animes is something cool and one of the charachters have to be like that, you don't expect everyone to be perfect right? this manhwa is about how even idols are not perfect like they look. That's the point of the whole shit, i ship joowon and haesoo cause they're the ones loving each other for so long they finally need to get a healthy relationship, but taku is a "human" too, you can't kill ppl or bully them for being like that, he's weird and always chill, sometimes like a baby i agree, but he actually is young and needs to understand and learn more from olders, instead liking someone who know he fell for haesoo who himself doesn't know shit :( i like taku, you can't throw ppl away because of mistakes, give him another chance and let him have his own story and be happy.

I'm with you 100% I never liked Taku, NEVER and I never will. He is shady and is so sad that many people don't see that, I saw right through his character from the start. He can cry all he wants on the next chap, glad to see haesoo moving on

Yes. Taku has no positive attributes whatsoever to me. He serves as both a villain, and inadvertent catalyst for Joowon and Haesoo to realize and admit their boundless love for each other. That panel where he talked about filling the void in Haesoo and supplanting Joowon completely made me think of a literal maggot feeding off of a wound. Love can be obsessive selfish, unhealthy, but the fact that he still equates Haesoo as a piece of candy that he can’t quite reach doesn’t seem like love at all. It’s like he only lives through what he wants to see in the camera lens, it’s not a real human connection, hence his thought to still wanting to capture him on film.
