No clue, it does look like it might be from one of KOUSAKA Tohru's artbooks. It certainly looks like her art style (especially the sleeve cuffs).
If you like the style I would recommend "Okane Na Gai"

Yeah one is from the author of Okane ga nai, but I dont think it's an actual story and the other is a fanart of Rin and Sosuke from Free!
