My theory is that the prince is the father (though yes I think it was still rape) but the other men (or at least one of them) in the harem doesn't want the prince to have an heir and maybe the prince accidentally or briefly described the one he laid in bed to the killer so in order to kill the possible child of the prince, the killer hunts people who look like Louis. They prolly want the throne for themselves or smthn.

The prince be sober af when he laid Louis and someone has been stalking him. The stalker may have had a glimpse at Louis' head when they saw the prince pouncing on him and decided to scare the prince off by killing Louis but since they are unsure of the identitiy, they killed those who look like him instead, hoping that they got the right person everytime. They're prolly trying to harm the most important people to the prince. I haven't thought of why they're so angry with the prince though.
