I remember reading a manga I really enjoyed that was something along the lines of not my bl manga. The story started with a mc dropping his bl and a boy picking it up for him. There are two couples that consist of the boy who picked up the bl with a childhood friend and the boy who dropped the bl with another boy. The second couple’s seme had a cousin that was staying with him and the first couples seme had family issues after his parents died. Hope this is enough info for someone to help me find it!
