Yuri and Yaoi 's only difference is that one depicts a lesbian romance, and the other a gay one. Quality of the story, including the themes it include (in this example, rape) is unique to each creator. Since you're on mangago, where the primary genre is yaoi (more or less), naturally, there are less yuris, and therefore, less rape. I personally, enjoy BL more because I'm heterosexual, so I am more attracted to two male individuals than two female ones, that being said, I still like GL as well, not as much, since I have only found a handful I enjoy but all the same. Also, breasts and vaginas don't turn me on ╮(￣▽￣)╭
