I suck at names, the only one who has a name is Pico and that’s not even his real name, the rest are just Uke/MC, brother, doctor, and friend.

I have a feeling time will be circular in which the doc will throw away the Mc, the same way he did with pico, and get another uke to fuck with. Repeating the steps again and again. If not then doc will die and uke will forever be a slut. Or uke will die and well nothing changes for the doctor. At least the only one who has a high chance of getting a happy ending is Pico.
