looking for shoujo

I think it's a one shot. It's about 4 friends, 2 boys, 2 girls. It's quite complicated so I'll try to break it down.

It starts with Girl A telling Girl B she likes Boy C. Girl B actually likes Boy C too but she doesn't tell this to Girl A and just cheers them on and gives up on Boy C. Boy D comforts Girl B and they end up getting together. It is later revealed that Girl A never really liked Boy C, she actually liked Boy D but she knew Boy D liked Girl B, (since in the beginning Boy D didn't have a chance with B because at the time she hadn't given up on Boy C). Girl A actually told Girl B she liked the C because she wanted her crush to be with the one he wanted (Girl B). When B and D get together, Girl A is really sad (because it hurts seeing the guy she likes being with someone else even if they're happy) but Boy C comforts her and reveals to her that he knew what she was doing and that he was always watching her and so they get together in the end.

Hope that wasn't too confusing and I'm sorry if I over-explained things that may have seemed obvious--it can be confusing with the names so I tried to give more information, rather than too little.
