i got a hold on to some website/blogpost with the English translation of all the drama CDs made LONG before the manga, like, at least a decade. A few events have to take place first, but to cut straight to the ending - they reunite again, and permanently, after all is said at done, at this beach house (i believe it was) that Dick owns, and they’re both a little shy or afraid to show their feelings at first but everything takes its natural course (๑❛ᴗ❛๑) of course, and they finally get their happy ending, Yuuto discovers that the dog Dick had adopted he’d named Yuuti (or something like that) after him :) , he is also introduced to Yuuto’s overly protective brother (⌒▽⌒) it was very cute~
Apologies for the lack of details but it has been around 4 years since I listened to and read the story. You can find the link to them buried somewhere within the comments if you’re willing to dig that far. But all in all, yeah, it’s a happy ending :D

Hate to break it to you but the manga only adapts the first volume Deadlock. There are 3 in total. I have the physical copies of this and the notes at the end strongly indicate that no further adaption is planned.
It is really a shame. Totally cruel to only license the manga. I also want to buy the novels .... :(
Ah didn’t know it was originally a novel. What a pity, this beautiful drawings was so special and it makes u appreciate it more. But I’m already so into the story so maybe I should buy the novel too? Actually I can only read English, do u know if it is selled in English? Btw thanks for your info
No it isn't licensed anywhere as far as I know. Maybe we get one someday. The manga is still being published in englisch as well. 2 out of 4 are already out.

If I remember correctly the translator (always thankful to him/her ) said there will remain just a few chapters, so i’m really concern about it! T_T
