What the difference between a succubus and a incubus tho?

ITS MY TIME TO SHINE. There is a funny reason behind this, you see in japan most people only know the term succubi for a sex demon and just assume it covers both genders. This comes from the fact that the concept of succubi were introduced to Japanese pop culture through the character Morrigan Ashland from the fighting game Darkstalkers. (this game came out in 1994)

Before Morrigan, there was no concept of western sex demons in japan but after Morrigan and her huge popularity its not a surprise that the concept exploded into what we see today in Japan.
